I had seen the TV ads for this product and thought that it was worth a shot. I purchased the Smoky Shawdow Blast in plum, and was amazed at the ease of application. The product really did go on easily and the end result looked nice...However, this product is perfect if you only need your eye shawdow to look amazing for a short period of time (1 to 2 hours) as it creases and wears off. It also felt heavy on my eyes since I was used to using powders and this is a cream. I suppose if I was a makeup guru (which I am not) I would of known that I should of used a primer or powder on my eyes prior to applying the shawdow. I read the packaging and even watched the video on covergirl's website and never once seen any mention of having to apply anything on my eyes other then the shawdow stick..very misleading.

I don't like the color combinations and I really don't like how this product applies. You end up having to get it all over your fingers when you're blending it. I'll stick to my normal shadow and brushes.

excuse the typo, I meant "does not last"

I didn't like it either. Didn't stay, even though I used a primer underneath. Messy, hard to get in the right eye area without going over because the product is too wide. Not good.

I am also a BzzAgent and was not a fan of this product. It smudged like crazy and the colour was not what I would call a "smokey eye" style. The product even broke after my first use.

This is truly one of the worst eyeshadow I've ever used. Not only is there no pigments in the color, but the color you do manage to get on your lids, creases like crazy! I like other people, was so excited to try this product ( great concept ). , but was terribly disappointed.

I was super excited to try this product. I saw an ad for this in the magazine and started to stalk my drug store weekly. Finally it came out in the stores and I HAD to have it... I knew that I wanted the purple plum shade that was featured in the ad it was gorgeous! Please know that I work in the beauty category so I understand retouching and the whole 9--but this product is ridiculous! It looked nothing like what I had thought it would, the color of the shadows in the tube are very misleading. It was barely there color and the one side of the shadow stick promptly broke off. REALLY?! The idea is so genius that I was hoping for so much more. I have to say that I am sadly disappointed. ARRRGH… I am frustrated that I opted to buy this over the new Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner, now that seems like it would be amazing.

I didn't like this product at all. It wears off very quickly and leaves creases. Plus the plastic caps have broken and now no longer stay on and the product itself fell off too. Overall bad product.

crap.

I bought this product thinking it would stay in place, however it wore off very soon after applying it. It left me with lines on top of my eye lids instead of staying over my whole eyes, clumping together rather quickly. Not to mention the it fell apart on one side! But I did find a good use for it, the side that had stayed intact, I used lightly on my eyes then applied the eye shadow I wanted. This created a 3D look, if you do it with maybe one or two swipes it works great. By itself I would rate it a 1 but using it with others I'm giving it a 2.

Although this product looked really pretty going on, I starting breaking out from it about two minutes after putting it on. My eyes swelled up so bad I had to take all my makeup off and couldn't put any on for the rest of the day because my eyes hurt so badly. I am terribly disappointed because I was really excited for this shadow. If you do not have sensitive skin, it is a great option. Note* I have never had a break out with makeup before. It looked really pretty but I cannot give it a good review because of how harsh the formula must be. I cannot test to its long-wear affects.

I saw an ad and thought it looked like a cool product. I was sorely disappointed. One side fell out after I tried to apply it. The product is too soft and not as easy to apply as you would think. It creased within a couple hours. And wore off rapidly. It was a great concept with poor execution.

I liked that it was compact so you can take it on the go. For me I had a hard time getting it to go one smooth and stay. There is not a large selection. I like covergirl but this is not one of my favorites.

Everything that has been previously said about this product is true! It's basically lipstick on your eyelashes: sticky and gross and creases like nothing I've seen before. I didn't have a problem with color: I found the green and orange to be very pigmented, but it just wasn't worth it. Why the second star? Because it makes a pretty decent primer. I found if you put on the shadow stick first, then topped it with a comparable shade of powder (I've used pink shadow on the orange slick with gorgeous results) it takes away the sticky creasing and your shadow lasts for about 2-3 hours. So if you can't bring yourself to throw it away (I can't, I hate wasting money,) use it as a primer!

Loved the colors. Not a big variety though. I didn't ;like the way it went on. Not very smooth and sweated off easily
