This cereal -surprisingly- has a kind of sweet flavor, I never thought I'd like it, but I do! And we also use it in our "Special K" bars and it makes them so yummy!

I love Special K! This is my go-to cereal when I just want corn flakes, and nothing else in it!

Okay so you know the commercials that says lose up to 6lbs or so within two weeks by replacing two meals a day. Well I tried it and it actually worked of course along with exercise and proper nutrition. But this cereal tastes great I could eat it any time of day. I love the fact that there are so many choices of flavors too. I would say original and strawberry are my top two I have yet to try more.
