Other dogs probully love this dog food, but my 3 chihuahuas hate it, they turn their nose up at the food and leaves it. Thank goodness it was a sample size, I dont like to waste money on dog food that they wont eat.

We got a sample in the mail a few weeks ago. We ran out of dog food and I remembered we had this, so to hold my puppy over until the morning I gave him the dog food. Normally he rushes to eat his food, he took 2 bites and walked away from the bowl. Needless to say, I was at walmart at midnight to get his usual food. We tried giving it to him again and he simply didn't want it. The next morning he coughed up the bits that he ate. Not sure if its made for small dogs, we have a chihuahua, but we will not be giving this to him again.

Is she serious?!? this Rachael Ray product contains menadione, a controversial form of vitamin K linked to liver toxicity, allergies and the abnormal break-down of red blood cells. and chicken by-product - pink slime, no wonder my dog barfed it up

My dog loved the food, scarfed it up quickly BUT didn't settle on his stomach he was throwing up shortly after.

We got our sample in the mail yesterday. We fed it to our 15 year old black lab, Simon. Shortly after eating his dinner, he began to dry heave several times with no relief. This morning he began to vomit and was unable to control his bowels. I think we will be sticking to his Science Diet.

My dogs loved the samples, but I don't love the ingredients. Nothing but by-products and fillers. Corn is one of the main ingredients, and this is the source of many allergies and digestive problems in dogs. Soy is also listed, and even though she claims no fillers, that is exactly what this ingredient is. Higher quality foods like Blue Buffalo and Nature's Best refuse to use this and other ingredients found in this food. Rendered animal fat is also near the top, and the biggest issue with this is that there are no controls over what kind of animal - including euthanized shelter animals, supermarket and butcher waste, or diseased and disabled animals - the fat came from. Dried beet pulp and corn meal gluten are also fillers which dogs weren't meant to digest. This is one food I will never feed my dogs. The resulting vet bill would be too high. I applaud her efforts to help animals with the profits, but she really should take some of the money and improve this food.
