the consistency is chalky then other brands and I like that it smells less mediciney too. I recommend this product for everyday use preventative use.

cleared up the worst diaper rashes over night! no harsh smell and wasn't very greasy. i was also impressed that it didn't leave a grease stain on burp clothes, clothes or whatever else it got on like most other diaper rash cream!

I cloth diaper now, but when my daughter was a NB i had to use disposables. Even with the "sensitive" diapers she got diaper rash once a week or so. Butt paste always cleared it up right away and once i started using it daily she didn't get any more rashes.

I loved this!! It was literally my last stop to ease my sons terrible diaper rash! I wish I would have started with it sooner!! Amazing! I even use it on myself sometimes when its that time of the month!

This is a very nice and thick paste that works well. If you even have a little sign of a rash, you put this on and the rash is gone within a few hours. The thickness helps it spread nice and doesnt have a horrible smell.

A product with the words "Butt Paste", in it...SOLD! Even for just the novelty, but was pleasantly surprised with it. My youngest had really sensitive skin and eczema. It even worked on his cheeks.... (Face) and behind his knees.

Our doctor recommended this product. I'm not sure if it works any faster than deist in or not bit I know it did work. Desiring works it's just hard to clean up but I think whatever works for you go with it!

It worked ok but I'm a Desitin mom and nothing has ever compared to that.

I've used this stuff on rashes I've gotten by bug bites or allergies. It does work wonders.

This stuff really works I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first but my mother actually bought it for my daughter stuff is magic!

Good for when the little ones bums are a little red. It helps soothe them and not be so irritated down there.

This product has a strong, distinct diaper cream scent to it, but it is smooth to apply onto the skin and seems to work well. My only qualm is that there is a warning on the label that the product could cause discoloration on fabrics. That makes me wary about where I change my baby's diapers and try to avoid getting any on baby's clothes (which gets to be challenging when baby is very active with her kicks).
