I have to give it to XM radio. I love it! When i get sick of songs i can listen to many news channels, and when i get sick of news i love the comedy stations. They give me a good laugh and its like i am in a comedy club.Mine came with my new car but i am going to keep it for sure.

I was lovin XM Radio when I got my new car so I extended the service mainly because I love the Comedy stations. Now I notice that after 8 months they just seem to repeat the same skits over and over. If they would get some new material I'll renew - but if it's just reruns don't think I will.

Used to love XM because for commercial-free stations. However, commercials crept in - for other XM/Sirius programming. Commercials are commercials! Worse, the tone of the ads was often at odds with the mood of the music. I can get commercial radio free or true commercial-free with Pandora. I've cancelled my subscription. However, I've given it 3 stars because I loved being able to listen to my home-town sports broadcasts when I lived in a different city.

I have XM in my car I loved having all the channels and when we traveled it was great not to have to try to search for stations. However I was not happy with the cost. After our trial period was over we were offered one price so I paid for that. Then when the time frame was over the cost more than doubled so I called to cancel. A month later I got a bill from XM so I called to find out why I was billed even with the XM turned off. They claimed I never called to cancel even thought I had a date, time and name of person I spoke with. The person I spoke with was very rude and then they turned me over to a collection agency. I call the Better Business Bureau and only then did xm waive the fee.

LOVE it! Came in my new car, so nice!

I want XM radio super bad! My sister got a new car about a year ago and it came with a free trial for 6months! My car is a 2005 Honda Civic and i would have to buy the XM adaptor thing and also subscribe! Wish it would already be installed!

Love it! Received it with my new car (2010 Honda Accord EXL) 3 months free, I loved it and used it a lot but could not afford to apply for it monthly or yearly :'( Good deal if you can afford it. Meanwhile I use my ipod in my AUX jack that came in the car!!! ;)

i love my xm sirius radio.. especially the heat

Had Sirius - loved it when it came pre-installed in my Jeep. However, I was paying for my father-in-law's subscription (an annual gift) at the same time. Eventually his subscription was canceled (over a year ago), my subscription just came due, was automatically drafted from my account and not 2 weeks later they shut my radio off. After 45 minutes on hold, it was resolved. Now I got a letter in the mail stating that they only renewed it as a 2 week trial. I'd rather carry my ipod and save the $ due to the hassle! Enjoy the stations, but customer service is lacking.

I used to get so mad that hubby had to have his Sirius/XM subscription.... I just didn't get it. Why pay for music when the radio is free and we have many, many cd's, plus he had an mp3 player. But then we bought a new car, it came with Sirius/XM free for 3 months..... well now I'm addicted too. It is so nice choosing what you want to listen to. It was much better when there weren't any commercials or DJ's talking, but it's not nearly as bad as the radio. So when the station I'm on starts the talking, I just change to another channel. There are so many choices of what you can listen to.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my XM Radio. I love that there are so many genres available. Since using it in March, I hardly ever listen to local news stations anymore.

My brother has XM radio I must it is really good we are able to drive around to some clear sounding music. I see has some good oldies statins as well which is really good if you been brought up around that type of music. I also like you get sports weather and traffic so while your driving your updated on where traffic is being hit hard.

My sister had this in her last car and loved it. My dad has it in his truck and loves it. I really liked it because it introduces newer songs than the regular radio. The only problem i had is the stations seem to keep playing the same thing over and over. You can start predicting what will come next. However, i do think it's better than reuglar am/fm.

I subscribed to XM about 5 years ago, and I am disapointed to report that I will not be renewing my subscription. In the past year or two (and since the merge), they have added in rediculous amounts of commercials, several of my favorite channels have be removed, and I no longer find this service a resonable value.

We have subscribed to XM for several years and I have to agree with many points you all have made. I also travel for 3 hour spurts on a regular basis, and XM can be fun. I like Old Time Radio shows and the comedy channels, but yes - all of the comedy channels' ads are pornographic. NOT what I tune in to listen to. Most of the other ads I hear seem to advertise other XM/Sirius programming. Att his point, I could take it or leave it, and I have told hubby that I am perfectly willing to drop the subscription in my car. I would much rather listen to my ipod.
