I have used this product myself , as part of a weight loss plan. The benifits from the fiber in them were great but the taste of them could use some improvement. I contunined to use them because I had paid so much for them but i wouldnt buy them again.

i wonder id this is by the makers of fiber 1? when it says weight management do you think it means it will help you lose weight? hmm

I have taken these fiber tablets before and liked them. My best friend has been taking them consistently for the last couple years. I don't mind the flavor though they do remind me of tums. They definitely help you to feel full longer. I actually highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a way to incorporate more fiber.

Well Im take the Fiber choice....The Assorted fruit... bottle Im also taking them for weight management... Im not sure what the difference is in the ones that say "weight managmement on the bottle" and the ones that just say "assorted fruit" but anyhow... I eat them with a big glass of water on the side....or I drink Crystal light...and I notice for me they do make you feel fuller.... and they say with adding fiber in your diet you have to take alittle at a time... so thats what Im trying to do.. plus when I purchased them I used a 4 dollar off coupon on them...maybe you should try a different bottle, that has other flavors. The green apples flavor taste the best. But the texture of them is sorta like tums...so once you get past that they are okay.
