They are sold in natural stores like Whole Foods as well as some grocery/drug stores in their healthy eating section. I've seen them in Food Lion, CVS, Harris Teeter, etc. When you buy one, squeeze it. If it gives, it's still chewy and awesome. Sometimes if they sit on the shelf too long they dry out and get crunchy which makes them hard to chew. Esbarin, thanks for the recommendation on the ice cream bars! I too love coconut and I am excited to try them!
