I love white chocolate, and I bake with it very often. I hate melting this chocolate, I don't think its good for that, I like melting it and putting it in the fridge and shaving it, but to dip things in its just not worth it to me..

These do not melt well but they're good to eat as is

I used these white morsels in a cheesecake recipe and although I can't speak for the morsels themselves, the cheesecake was Heavenly !!!!!

I like this especially in cookies because it gives the chocolate a different yet stronger taste .

I used them to make White chocolate dipped Pretzels, and they we're as good a Ghirardelli's , nor did they melt as well. They weren't horrible thought. The kids still liked them, but I noticed the taste difference right away.

I do like these as a snack or to make my own covered pretzels or pop in pancakes. The only flaw is they don't melt down easy.

They aren't supposed to be chocolate, people, it says that on the package. They melt easily and make a good covering for pretzels. I agree there are other better brands, but these are just fine.

Honestly, it's a bit sweet for my taste, but the kids love it. I like using it in cocoa-based cookie doughs b/c of the flavor and visual contrast. Also, they go well in my macadamia-nut butter/cranberry cookies.

Taste delicious but it quickly hardens when it's melted, making it difficult to dip things.

anything chocolate is good and im a white chocolate fanatic!

Perfect for recipes needing white chocolate. They are too sweet to eat by the handful but make all the difference in some of my recipes.

I love white chocolate in general! It goes great with cookies and is a nice change from milk chocolate and this is a classic brand. :]

Delicious! Tastes like homemade and so easy to make! A family favorite!

I love these. I use them in baking, crush them up to make rainbow chip frosting, melt them for truffles, and sometimes I just eat them strait.

My granddaughter won't eat chocolate but she will eat these. She thinks the white morsels are just plain candy, not chocolate. I like to melt these morsels and drizzle over cake, cookies or candy.
