Since I run a lot and, therefore, need to hydrate myself on a regular basis, it sure helps to have water that actually tastes good and offers additional nutrients with minimal calories and artificial flavorings. The Vitamin Water specifically supports Breast Cancer Awareness as well, which promotes a worthy cause. The entire bottle carries 30 calories with 6g of sugar, 35% of Vitamin C, 80% of Vitamin B6, etc. The cap of the bottle which twists open is more convenient to use than the conventional cap, especially when trying to drink water while running on the treadmill. The only con would be that you actually have to open the cap and peel a layer of protection before you can drink the water. I often forget that at times and get momentarily confused when trying to drink the water and nothing comes out!

My kids and I love Propel. I first tried this at work (lemon) when the supplier brought in free samples. I like mine cool not cold and all the flavors are excellent. The Propel single serve (found near Kool Aid and Crystal Light) takes just like the bottled product, so you can use your own water bottle and mix as you go! I have done the same thing with forgetting to open the bottle. =)

I love this stuff! It doesn't have that weird after taste like PowerAde Zero. It's low calorie, tasty and healthy. And less expensive than Vitamin Water (not to mention the calories!) Grape is the best.

This stuff is liquid gold! The lemon is a great sweet and tangy drink to have. Great if your dehydrated but not in the mood for bottle or tap water.

Propel is the best invention since electricity! It gives you a boost of sugar and carbohydrates to rehydrate you and make you feel A LOT better after a work out. It's a lot healthier for than Gatorade, and if you don't like the way water tastes, but want a healthy drink grab a propel!
