It was refreshing under my eyes, but did nothing for puffiness. It's not worth the price just for moisture!!

It felt cool and refreshing when I applied this under my eyes but did nothing for the puffiness!

I found this product to be less than mediocre. After a long night out my eyes can get puffy and i also get dark circles. The rollerball was semi soothing while applying, but i found if i did it more than a twice it produced a filmy crust. It also did not reduce puffiness or the darkness, I would recommend using ice cubes under their eyes instead of this product. Very disappointed.

I am always open to try new products, especial housewares and beauty products. I have used this product for 3 weeks and I have not seen a difference. I do like Garnier, however this product is a waste of money.

I got this product from my grandma who hated it, and I didn't have much luck with it either. I have occasional puffy bags under my eyes, nothing too severe but nothing pretty. This product did nothing besides leave my under-eye area feeling cold, wet and goopy. I even tried applying it with my fingers because too much came from the roller but that didn't help. I really wish this product worked for me, but it doesn't.

Makes my skin feel nice and cool but honestly doesn't help with anything. I have seen absolutely no improvement. Definitely a no go, at least not until they make improvements so that it actually does what it was designed to do.

I usually really like Garnier products. This one was a huge disappointment. I didn't notice it doing a thing for my puffy eyes. It was a complete waste of money.

This product didn't do a thing for the under eye circles nor did it reduce the wrinkles.

I used this item one time, it was a birthday gift from my mother. Rolled it under my eyes, and within an hour my eyes were burning and water. I looked like I had been punched in the eyes and they felt like someone had kicked dirt into them! I went to the eye doctor and she said I had hives in my eyelids, it was an allergic reaction to something in the roller.
