I was really excited to get my Wii fit, and swore that it was worth the expense because I would do it every day. Well, that didn't happen. I have had my Wii fit for a few years now and honestly it is probably the dustiest item in my house. I don't blame the Wii, but myself. This is a great product for multiple people to play the games, but the excercise portion is pretty worthless.

Didn't like the wii fit too much

I thuroughly enjoyed the wii fit, but...after a while it just got repetative. The activities are all the same and there's no way to make them better. You can unlock new stages like beginner and advanced but it just adds a few extra minutes to the workout, it doesn't challenge you much. I just got tired of it after a while.

I really like the Wii Fit Plus, but I have one complaint. I wish you could set a program that would consistently flow through without having to hit 'A' to get to the exercise. I would like to see it set up to just do the routines and pause only if you have to switch controllers or turn the balance board. My kids really do like it and it gets them going especially when it is cold outside.

I do like my WII fit and I will use it, although I got bored with it pretty quickly! I just really wish there was more variety of things to do to keep me interested longer! I think the price is reasonable, and it is a great thing to buy if you like to be in your own home and exercise alone! I switch between my WII fit and my othere DVD's though :)

My daughter has a WII, I would love to own this game. I have saw the commercial for it I think it would help me to get more exercise.

My teen sons, 13 & 17, love this product. They spend hours playing & don't even realize their getting exercise! When I can get on it, I use it too. Very fun!!

Love this more than regular exercising! So fun

This is fun, but there aren't enough "cardio" type fitness exercises that really help you burn fat. Also if you gain a pound or two the system makes you click on a reason WHY you gained that weight. Like late-night snacking, etc. You should be able to turn that feature off, because sometimes you know why you're gaining weight and it's not always a bad thing. I'd rather work out to a fitness DVD and gain real results than work out with Wii Fit.

I get a good work out from this but I feel there is too much "down time". and i feel the cardio isnt enough.

The WII Fit is amazing. You actually have to move, walk, swing, throw..Really does help you stay in shape.. I don't have one, (hint hint) But I have been invited to WII parties.

Its fun but not so accurate. I could do the entire workout moving only one hand. I know if you do what it says then obviously you will get in a workout but workouts are only effective if done properly. I would recommend the xbox 360 with connect for workout gaming. More accurate.

Its fun for the whole family but if i really want a workout i will stick to my workout videos cause i don't work up a sweat with the wii fit.

I think this is a good way to get moving in the winter and keep track of your progress. It is a little awkward to get used to the board and the poses. I do a lot of yoga, and they help you perfect your poses. There are lots of good options so you won't get bored with the same exercise everyday.

My sister and I use this a lot. We love it and have no issues with it whatsoever.
