I have Tmobile and I honeslty haven't a had problem with them. Whenever I call customer service they promptly help me without attitude. I get great services. I don't have to deal with my calls being dropped all the time. I truly hope they don't merge with AT&T because I have AT&T and their service sucked! Oh it was awful!

Don't like it, the only reason I give it two stars is because Verizon is worse. I had TMobile for my work phone at a former company and have AT&T for my personal phone. TMobile only works if you are on a TMobile tower. As you move farther away from the tower, the signal gets weaker and the phone will not work or loses all clarity (therefore renders useless). TMobile does not share towers with the other networks as the rest do. You either have service on a TMobile tower or you don't. I have been without a work cell phone many times because there was no tower within range. If I did not carry my own personal cell phone (with AT&T service), I would have been left completely without a phone for emergency or to do my job. With the AT&T acquisition of TMobile earlier this year, I would hope that AT&T changes the TMobile service to step up to the AT&T level.

I have had tmobile for the past 12yrs and I see a major difference from then until now. They have come along way with phones and service. They are the cheapest of all the mobile networks. I almost get a signal any where.

I have both AT&T for my actual cell phones and due to a recent move we signed up (through Sams Club) for the TMobile MiFi. First off, the MiFi service is so new to both Sams Club & Walmart that neither can actually activate the phone unless they contact T Mobil directly in the store and let the consumer speak with them. This is frustrating for 2 reasons - 1. Sams offeres free activation when you purchase the phone/system through them and 2. It is VERY difficult to hear with over head intercoms going off constantly. My husband works on the T Mobil tower sites along with several other carrier sites. There are several of these towers near by and this is one reason we went with this service. As far as pricing goes for the Mifi it is about $80 per month and no overages. That said once you go over the 10 GB they drop your connection to 2 G which is supposedly better than dial up. It's not and I am getting very frustrated with the service. And to top it off, I was told that I would need to put up a $50 deposit, ok thats fine. Then this week (we have had the service for a little over a week) I recieve a letter from T Mobil stating they were sorry they could not offer service to me! So I have no clue right now what is going on! Cable is not an option for us, so highspeed is out and unless I want dial up, (no way) our only other opotion is Hughes net or Wild Blue both lack good service and are astroniomically high for intternet.

I've had service for about 4 months. Only one day texting was down. I love the mytouch 4G, all functionality is comparable to iphone. No billing issues and bill is user friendly no hidden charges or details you cannot follow.

T mobile is tested ok........but there is no great functionality.......average piece

I've been with TMobile since 2001. I like the family plan that they offer (which I have 4 phones on). I have had one bad experience with them that made me very close to switching but they made up for the problem.

I have been with T-Mobile for 9 years. The rate plan and the customer service is the greatest. I have dealt with most of the other carriers in the past for various reasons and found the customer service, the user use of transgerring info from phone to phone and the rates lacking. I traveled to Hawaii, was on mountains in Tenn, and lived thru hurricanes and very rarely was I ever without service. The only problem I can see T-Mobile doesn't have the IPhone - yet.

I used to have T-mobile.....I switched since then, but they gave me a great plan and very nice phone,no service issues or dropped calls...I miss them some.

My family has Sprint but some of my sons friends have Tmobile and if they want to use their phones they have to walk around our yard to find service. No way they could use it in the house.

I have t-mobile service but I would love to get rid of it. I'm really wanting to get at&t, the new iphone 4.

Just opened an account with tmobile and i also still have my account with verizon. As far as coverage Tmobile sucks, since they dont have as much phone towers as Verizon. Also their 3g isnt as fast as verizon either. But I love Tmobiles prices, very reasonable compared to Verizon.

I though verizon was aweful until i switched to t-mobile. They charge me for overages when my handheld tells me i have min left and they transfer and put me on hold constantly. Additionally to send in a complaint you must FAX it in. Seriously, they are a tech compnay and i need to go back 15yrs in technology o file a complaint. you got to be kiding me.
