Its ok right now im in to nume products

Pretty good but I don't see much different on my hair between this and a cheaper product.

Works great and being ceramic at least protects hair somewhat from the heat.

This was the first flat iron I ever bought. It worked ok but you often have to go over the same piece of hair multiple times to get it straight. When this broke, I bought a Babbliss Pro, which works much better

Use it for years and I recommend the brand I used this brand for many many years and i only had to replace it once they last that why I keep going back. It doesn't burn my hair it works and after many years of use the tool still looks like and my hair healthy I recommend this brand

The REGULAR Chi irons are fabulous! I have been using them for almost 10 years. Each one usually last 3 years or so before it stops heating properly. Fortunately when that happens, you can just mail it back to Chi headquarters in Texas for like $30 and they will send you a brand new one! My brother bought me the Chi Nano when it was time for a new one a couple years ago--it was great because it heated up so quickly and had a REALLY high temperature--but I went through 3 in one year. The overall quality of the product is terrible because it doesn't last, although their customer service has been very understanding and helpful. I now have the Chi Air--it seems to work similarly to the regular chi.

i really loved my chi, which my husband bought for me for christmas until it had a short circuit . i had to continuously move the cord so the led light would turn on so it would work, i eventually bought a new flat iron at marshalls made from the same manufacturer (Faruk) called Biosilk. It works good too but nothing beats the Chi in my opinion. They need to do something so the cord won't mess up. As far as the price it's way too high but well worth it. I would buy it again.

I have the worst hair a female could ever have. this straightner works very well at taming it and getting it to look halfway decent.

I've had a CHI for several years and my daughter and I still use it. Much better than other flat irons, works great! The only problem lately is that the on/off switch is getting contrary and it won't stay on. We will have to ask Santa for another one at Christmas. We love it!

The chi is great. It flattens hair and seals moisture better than other flat irons that give you a burn smell.

MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT.

I've had 6 different flat irons over the past 7 years, and my favorite has been the CHI. I got it 2 years ago after my hair dresser recommended it to me, and it's great. I have curly, frizzy hair. When I take the time to blow dry my hair straight, and then use my CHI, I have perfectly straight hair for days. Normally I only iron my already frizzy hair. It looks great the first day, but I have to continue to iron it each day after until I wash it. Over all, it's the best flat iron I've used. I recommend it to all my friends.

I have the original Chi flat iron and I love it far better than any flat iron I've ever used. I have two that I use one from Sally's which is an Ion brand that does a decent job and then the Chi for my crazy curly hair days! The Chi will straighten my hair pretty fast, but there are a few reasons why I reach for my Ion instead of the Chi. The Chi has the type of cord that a hair dryer does so I can't let it warm up before doing my hair and when your in a hurry it kind of sucks. The Chi plates tend to catch my hair and rip it out at times. Sometimes my hair will actually feel fried when I use it don't know if it's the heat setting or using different shampoos or what? I know that my Ion will straighten my hair and leave it filling silky, but it won't be a bone straight type of thing it will give me volume which I have thin hair and that's what I need, but I mean yeah a Chi is a staple to have when you need your hair to stay straight for a day or so.

I have one of these - they really are great - my hair is straight to begin with, but it smooths it so it lays very nicely

I have this iron and love it. A bit expensive but so worth it.
