Not sure if i would mind using a product for bladder control, but it want bad. Small and comfortable that I didn't really mind it, would definitely but this in the future and continue to use it.I am glad they are thin because I have always hatted using bulky items in the past, they need to be comfortable for me to continue using. I love Always products and use them every month. The Always Discreet line I also liked. I don't need leak protection every day, but when I do these are a great way to know I am protected. They are comfortable, but I wish that they had wings (that is the only reason I am giving it a 4 rating). The pads are thin, but they did tend to bunch up a little bit at the end and I think if they had wings they wouldn't do that. Otherwise, great protection and a great product! This product did the job nicely. It hid my tiny little bladder leaks! My only complaint is a silly one...it is very quiet in the mornings when I get dressed, and I can hear the liner crinkle when I walk. (But only when my surroundings are very quiet.) This product is a nice "in the middle" size between a regular pantie liner and a pad and I liked that for that added bit of protection beyond the pantie liner size. It has a pretty decoration on it, lots of sticky on the back to keep it in place and handles leaks like a champ. I did think it could use a bit more contour in the middle though since it seemed very wide there and it was noticeable to me when I first put in on. I would prefer an unscented one even though I don't have an allergy problem with the scent, I just see no need for more chemical fragrance to be added to my routine.
