As a woman nearing close to 50, sometimes I do suffer bladder control. I am not embarrassed to talk about it. Leakage from the bladder can be caused by sneezing, coughing, laughing hard etc. I have been using Always discreet Ultra Thins for the first time. It helps me a lot. I do not have to change my under garments I just change the Pad if I have leakage. They are very thin I do no even realize I am wearing it. I use Always products all the time and I just added another one to my list (Always Discreet). I received a sample of this Always product from SheSpeaks.

I really liked this. Thin, stayed in place. Nice fragrance. Odor protection was fantastic! I have always used Poise Plus size liners. Work well but they still tend to bunch up. They were wider so they did not bunch up or stick to my skin. Thick enough to provide full protection and thin enough to make me forget I was wearing them. I like these very much. I LOVE the Always discreet ultra thin regular length liners that I received from SheSpeaks! I've been using Kotex ultra thin period pads and the Always discreet liners are so much more absorbant and so much more comfortable! This is a product that I will now buy instead of liners for a period.

Really liked these! I used them when I was doing an aerobics class (running, jumping, etc. is always "iffy"!), and they were just the protection I needed to feel comfortable. They're thin, so you can't even tell you're wearing them. The design is pretty and wicks away moisture from your skin. They come individually wrapped in a little packet (which can double for disposal), so they're easy to carry in your purse to the gym. Recommended!

After trying this sample in exchange for my opinion I am impressed. I'm only 42 and have only had one child but I cannot sneeze or jump without a small mishap. Always discreet is fantastic. They are light and not bulky but do exactly what they are made to do. I will definitely recommend these and continue to use them.

After reach the 50th mark in my life these panty liners are used daily when walking. Very thin, absorbent and comfortable. Would recommend to fellow friends.

Pleasantly Suprised! For a couple of years now I have used the other major brand of LBL pads. Reluctant to try anything new with this problem, I continued to use the other brand despite the problems I experienced with them such as bunching up, sticking to my skin and trouble finding the right thickness and length. Much to my delight, the Alwats LBL pads solved all of my problems with wearing pads. They were wider so they did not bunch up or stick to my skin. In addition, they were just thick enough to provide full protection and thin enough to make me forget I was wearing them. In conclusion, I am very happy with the Always pads and I will never go back to the other brand. Thank you She Speaks and Always!

I've never been a fan of pads, but have recently needed them at times due to LBL. These are comfortable and light. I completely forget I'm wearing them.

Always Discreet Ultra Thin Regular Liners Are going to be my go to from now on. after surgery's, menopause,and days of hard labor, and working full time i dont have the option to go change cloths every time i cough or sneeze, Thus being said hygiene is very important to me , I want to look and feel nice and with a weak bladder Always Discreet Ultra Thin Regular Liners that i received free, Well i'm so glad i did. These are very good, they kelp me dry ,and i wore them a few times ,and each time , i had no problem what so ever, i would buy these .

I was pleasantly surprised when wearing Always Discreet panty liners. I felt no discomfort while wearing them and forgot about them! They stayed in place and made me very confident. I never experienced any leakage while wearing hem but felt well protected.

They were nicely scented and easy to get out of the package. I was surprised at how thin they were. I thought that they were a little bit wide and it also shifted on my underwear and made wearing them uncomfortable. I will keep trying them in hopes of a better outcome.

I was so surprised how thin they are. And have a pleasant scent. I noticed if you do "leak" you don't feel like your wearing a wet diaper.
