I avoid Walmart as much as possible! If I really need to shop there I try to do it online. Though it has reasonable prices, I would much rather shop at Target and pay more. I live in Southern California, and the Walmart by me is terrible! They do not know anything about coupons or their coupon policies (including the managers). Their lines are super long and the cashiers can never figure anything out. In addition, they mostly hire people that do not speak English. I have no problem with employees not speaking English, but they should not be Cashiers or Customer Service representatives that have to deal with customers that speak English! I love TARGET!!!!

My local Walmart is a hit or miss. Either you have a good experience or it is one of the most unbearable shopping trips ever! I am a couponer and I swear they treat me like I have committed a cardinal sin for redeeming coupons. There are NEVER enough registers open and you spend more time waiting to check out that actually shopping. The store is always crowed too. Half the time the employees have no idea about anything. Very few times have I actually have had a decent experience.

I like Walmart because it has a great selection of every day needs and the prices aren't that bad either. But this place annoys me. They never have enough registers open which makes the lines very long!

Some of their things are getting expensive, The clothes are getting expensive, I really don't shop their anymore.

Walmart, is ok for the person , that want one stop shopping.As an older shopper,I've found that shopping at more expensive stores, they have better sales ,more offend(that mean bigger markdowns) and better quality.And I would like to add, I was once an Walmart,employee.I must add some of my relatives shop there all the time.

Walmart is okay. However, I will not be supporting this store at all. The reason being is that they are closing down other mom and pops shops, mini mall and other stores that employes people in the community.

They have everything you need, at a great price!

I love this store and shop here almost every week! They have everything that you need for your home, family etc and the sales are fantastic. My walmart just recently started selling more food type items so this has become very convenient as well (it is more of a super walmart now). I do agree that they never have enough people working at customer service when you have a return, but I have tried not going on weekends for this.

I am a Walmart addict I can't find myself going out one weekend without making a trip to Walmart, I find everything I need at Walmart most cheaper than other retailers!

Our Walmart has improved immensely since they did a remodel and added the grocery dept. The aisles are wider now, which was sorely needed. I have gotten great deals at Walmart, but you have to watch carefully because there are many items that are NOT well priced, especially in the beauty dept. I was excited to shop in the new grocery section, but shopped there once and was disappointed, so will not shop there again. I don't get my prescriptions there, but I always notice the very long line. I do mean VERY LONG. If you are a teacher, like me, there are good deals before school starts on both student and teaching items. I have found treasures in the pet dept. too. So for me, it's a mixed bag.

Our local Walmart never has enough registers open. Who has time to spend 20 - 30 minutes waiting in line to check out? My time is worth more than the $ I can save there. I've given up on shopping at Walmart.

My local WalMart is terrible!!!! I often stop at one between my local WalMart and my office.

Walmart has some great prices. They can be very busy at times and I've been to a store or two that are a bit unkempt, but otherwise I do go maybe ever other month.
