Poise worked well for me. I tried size 1 and it was a perfect fit. It feels exactly like a tampon, you feel it for a minute or so, then you forget about it. It did stop leaks, and I plan to continue to use this product! Especially for public occasions!

It was easy to insert. Just like a tampon,although I haven't used them in years. Number 1 didn't stop the leaks but after using number two it did. It was very comfortable to use also. I have worn Poise pads for so long it would take me a while to get used to not needing one. I depend on them so much. The idea is great though.
