Ro-tel to make the best cheese dip. My mother introduced me to this product when it was first available in Texas. Always in my pantry and I mainly make a cheese dip with Velvetta and Ro-Tel. The dip will freeze. A variety of uses for this product.

A great kick! I always add this to my sausage dip for a great kick! For a party it’s two rolls of ground sausage, 2 16oz blocks of cream cheese, and 2 cans of (drained) Rotel. Fry up the sausage, in a separate pot - melt together the cream cheese and rotel. Drain the sausage and add to the cream cheese mixture, mix well. Serve with crackers (we usually use ritz)
