Great company!!! I get texts with free one night rentals and great deals, I love the selection and they are very great with customers once I got a real bad scratched movie and they gave us back the money and gave us 3 free movies for a day!

I love red box! its just so great to go and choose a movie or 2 to bring home for the night. Plus the prices are great. I am apart of the red box reward program so afterso many points i get a free rental.

I love redbox. It is so convenient to use the app to reserve a movie and then go pick it up. There are several locations within a few miles of me, so it is rare to not be able to find what I want. I belong to the email, text, twitter and instagram for redbox and get codes for free or reduced movies pretty much weekly. I also like the points program they have that gives you points for each rental.

I love it. Great locations, easy to do, if there are problems they have great customer service.

Redbos - Easy and convenient DVD rentals Redbox is convenient. Every 10 rentals they give you a free DVD rental. Sometimes latest released videos are not available for a couple of weeks. other then that no complaints. If you have to contact them about any sort of problem they are prompt to reply and fix the problem.

Genius Super convenient. Easy to find. My boyfriend and I watch a ton of movies and have a Redbox account and have finally hit the Legend level which if I am understanding correctly, is the highest level one can achieve. Great customer service! Whoever created Redbox is a genius.

Honestly I love red box!!! im always using the one near my house. Ive only ever had A scratch one ONE DVD that I have rented through them. Plus red box always have the new movies that are out!

Super convenient I rarely have a problem with movies I want being out of stock. And even if they are, the prices are so affordable I can usually pick up a couple that I had not otherwise considered, or old favorites to watch again. It's not something I'd go out of my way for, but if there's a Red Box in your neighborhood, consider yourself lucky. I browse offerings online and reserve then just drop by and grab them. Easy peasy.
