I've had a CHI for several years and my daughter and I still use it. Much better than other flat irons, works great! The only problem lately is that the on/off switch is getting contrary and it won't stay on. We will have to ask Santa for another one at Christmas. We love it!

I have had my Chi for over two years, and I love it! It heats up quickly and does a fantastic job of straightening my hair. At first, I was a little cautious of spending so much on a hair straightener, but I waited until it was on sale on Amazon, and it has been worth what I paid for it. It still looks brand-new, no build up or anything like that on it. I would recommend this to anyone for a quick way to style your hair!

My daughter has a Chi straightener and i have used it on several occasions! Its great My hair is not frizzy and comes out soft when using the Chi compared to other straighteners.

I've used many irons and the Chi far out does the others. I have naturally wavy hair, but not wavy enough to wear that way so I straighten every day. The Chi has been the fastest leaving the smoothest results.

I have had one for 3 years. LOVE IT. Someone gifted me a Enzo Milano (supposed to be the same quality)...no way, I got rid of it to keep the CHI! BEST BRAND EVER. Every hair stylist has one.

if I was stuck on a desert island 2 things I want mascara and flat iron ( operated by batteries) have not tried this one but always hear great things about it. Cannot afford to buy one , unemployed right now but really want one. Maybe I can win one

One of the best flat irons i have used. Well worth the cost, heats up quickly and leaves your hair silky and smooth. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for me as my Christmas gift last year. I had so many people tell me that it was the best straightener and just could never cost. Then I decided to give it a try and yes it was the best. Did not take as long to straighten and my hair looks great using this product, I would highly recomend the chi straightener. I also love the chi hair products I use the chi flat iron spray also.

love ths product!!!! more for my daughter then myself (as she is the one with the straight hair dreams....lol) she has the beautifulist curly hair but to her (as all of us do) it's awful.....and this product has kept her happy for 3 years now (and ultimately me)

I've had a Chi since I was a teenager - it's simply the best! It works better than any other cheaper straightener I have ever used or tried! I wiuld reccomend it to everyone looking for a straightener!

I love my Chi straightener. I have had it for years - It still works as well as it did the day I got it. My hairstylist taught me how to make ringlets with a straightener. Pretty cool - search on youtube for instructions.

this hair straightener is the best!!! I have wavy hair and live in FLorida (othewise known as "the bad hair day state") :) :) and when i use this , my hair stays straight all day !
