So far, so good. I like the conditioner. My hair is soft and easy to comb through. My only "complaint" would be that I prefer conditioner that doesn't smell like conditioner.

I have used Pantene products in the past and have been very pleased with the results. This conditioner is no different. Pantene knows how to moisturize and repair damaged hair like no other product I have tried. I like the fragrance and Eco-friendly bottle, but am disappointed that they are trying to market this as a natural product. Just try reading the ingredients. Overall it's a good product but with misleading marketing.

So far, so good. I have curly hair, so I only wash it every four or five days (which, if you have curly hair, helps with frizz and doesn't look oily after the first week or so you do it. Because someone ALWAYS asks about that...) so I've only really used this twice. As far as I can tell, my hair isn't all that different than usual. I've been using Pantene for color treated hair for a while - but I think it's the shampoo rather than the conditioner that's important there. Hair seems as soft as usual, frizz factor is the same, not to heavy... I was pretty satisfied before. I DO like the fact that so much of the packaging is recycled. That makes me really happy.

I like the conditioner a lot. Its not heavy enough to weigh my hair down but it does a good job on my slightly dry hair. Overall, its a good product for routine use.

Great smell, however, I felt the conditioner did not condition as well. I could've provided a lot more moisture to my hair. My hair was a little softer though.

So far so good! I don't normally have good luck with Pantene products, I have dry itchy scalp so I usually use Head and Shoulders. I find when I use regular Pantene for too long my scalp starts to itch again. So far with the new nature fusion moisture balance I haven't had that problem! Here's hoping it continues! I'm glad they're doing an eco-friendly bottle and hope to see more companies get on board with that.

I did enjoy the conditioner. The scent was subtle & rinsed out well. It was not heavy on my hair or make it oily. Great product!

I love the smell of this! I use it on my girls hair as well and their hair has never been so soft!

I usually only use salon conditioner so I was surprised by how soft and manageable my hair was after using this product.

The conditioner did not weigh my fine hair down or make it look/feel greasy. I was left with soft, syle-able hair. Nice scent. Soft Hair.

I love Pantene and use their products alot. I have thick, curly hair. So frizzies are my main concern. I liked this product but personally I need even more moisture than this could give.

This new Pantene Nature Fusion left my hair very soft and silky feeling. It helps to control my frizz and has a nice pleasant aroma.

Conditioner has a great smell but felt a little short on the the "conditinoing" aspect. I prefer the Pantene conditioner for color treated hair. However, the aspect of the environmentally friendly packaging was great.
