These work really well for absorption but aren't as sticky as I would like them to be and will move around some if you get too sweaty!

I normally don't wear panti liners because they are typically thin and useless. This product has really changed my mind! They are thick enough to be absorbent but discreet. I do wish they were longer/wider and the adhesive didn't hold very well.

So i enjoy, these pads. But, i wish they were wider.

I don't think they absorb well, but at least they don't leave residue behind on your skin which is a thing I hate about most liners and this one does provide you with flexibility
