Bought this mascara because of the rave reviews it was getting. I was a bit disappointed because the brush is quite small and doesn't separate my lashes well so they look clumpy. I'm a big fan of voluminous and feathery lashes and I just couldn't get that effect with his mascara. The color is very dark compared to other mascaras and is inexpensive but doesn't work well for me. Now that I've used nearly all of it, it tends to apply less goopy and separates the lashes a bit better but only after having used it for months and months to get rid of it. I recommend using a lash comb or clean mascara wand after applying this mascara to separate your lashes and prevent clumping. Will not be repurchasing this product in the future.

This has got to be the best product made. I have been using this for YEARS! I may try another product but always return to the best. It stays on, doesn't clump, makes lashes appear longer and lusher. Also, it is easy to remove, which means not adding anymore lines around the eyes.

This was my number one brand for so long! I use lash blast now, but this is still a great mascara. seperates the lashes and gives length, but can be somewhat clumpy. Doesnt give the "feathered" lash look.

Funny how several reviewers have said they remember this very mascara in their mothers makeup bag! I too remember this pink/green mascara fondly. I have found this mascara to wear well, stay put, be clump free. It glides on and provides my lashes with length and separation. It will always be a top favorite mascara!! Thank you mom!

I don't care what you say, this is a CLASSIC. As a child I remember my mothers extensive collection of make-up and this item ALWAYS was the first thing I would get into! I suppose it was the pink and green casing lol. It does have some downfalls such as the fact it seems to take FOREVER to dry which leads to those lovely black speckles everywhere around your eyeballs!!! (easy fix qtip with makeup remover) I always do my eyes first and then the rest of my makeup to make sure I catch any fall out etc. VERY BUILDABLE product great for stand out lashes!!! Inexpensive as always. xoxox

I have been using this for years and love it. Have tried other drug store brands as well as department store but this is the one I am loyal to.

Even though it has its drawbacks - little flakes appear sometimes - it is still my go-to mascara because of the price and availability. Plus, it does make my lashes look longer and more noticeable. I wish they would improve the brush and perhaps make the mascara formula a bit less thick so it went on feeling less heavy. Mind you, I am still, like most of us, still searching for the perfect mascara. I just cannot afford to pay over twenty dollars for one.

This was the mascara my mom used, grandma used and the first one I ever used. I have tried many many different brands and kinds but I now stick to this one! It is hands down, the best ever!!!! I love it above all others!!

This is probably the first mascara I ever remember seeing in my life. My mom used it, my sisters used it, their friends used it, and then I used it. It's easily a staple mascara. If you haven't tried this mascara, give it a shot! It's not that expensive and it is amazing! If it doesn't work for you, I'm sure you know someone who'd love to have it. I don't use it anymore, as Maybelline tests on animals, but if anyone asks me, I definitely give it the thumbs up. I'm so bummed that Maybelline tests on animals because I was a huge fan of several of their mascaras over four years ago, but haven't purchased them since!

this was my first ever mascara, and it's my favorite. i find this lengthens and volumizes better than mascaras that are specifically made to do so. it holds a curl better than many others i've tried. the price point is great and this product is definitely a staple!

I find It works well. The pink and green tube is the first one I go to in stores, plus its not expensive!

Very good for the price- works great if you want the natural lengthy look but it wouldn't come off with any of my makeup removers and it dried up fast.

i swear by this on i have tryed alot of mascaras and none compare to this on has to be blackist black and water proof

This Really Works Well. i was havin a problem where my lashes were falling off after a couple uses of this they actually made them stronger and i noticed a huge difference
