Don't believe the hype I purchased these because I wanted in on the "vampy, dark" lip look I seen all over Instagram and Pinterest. I bought Lip Colour Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in LAX. First off the online swatch always looks different in real life, even if you have the same skin tone and undertone in the swatches you see of that shade. It's great in the fact that they have different colors but it isn't long lasting. For me it started to feather out after a couple of hours. I couldn't reapply it after it was dry without it looking splotchy. It wasn't drying though. Another con is that I had to use makeup removing water to get it off. It will stain skin until washed off if it goes out of the lines. I also didn't use it with a primer or anything just like it says to do with this product. I didn't line my lips either. It's a nice product to get multiple colors in and find a shade you like in matte format. However you don't want to wear this out without packing makeup remover because it will fail you before long.

So so Definitely not what I expected. Everyone I've talked to loves them but I don't share that feeling. Even with moisturizing my lips before using, this still gets too dry and flaky. What I do love is the price and all the colors.

Inconsistent quality among products For the price, they're great. Personally, I don't think they live up to the hype. The formulas are inconsistent between colors. Some mattes are dry and flakey, while other mattes are less drying and stay well. I always go for mattes because I don't like dealing with transfer or reapplying, but I found that although the satin lips do transfer a bit, they don't come off at all. They're long-wear for sure, but not kiss proof

Good but with some cons These will NOT come off. If you put these on prepare to wear them all day. They are beautiful and crazy pigmented and super long wearing. My only complaints are that the formula is quit drying and uncomfortable and if you're buying online, the swatches are not reliable and the colors are very different in person. I would recommend these to those looking for affordable liquid lipsticks.

Great for the price Great lipsticks for the price. Very pigmented and long lasting. Comes in a great variety as well. Can be a little flakey if your lips are dry beforehand. Always put chapstick on before applying lipstick.

the ultra matte collection from colourpop is very good, in terms of being a matte product that will not budge the whole day. However, it is a bit drying on the lips and is a tough time when you take off the lipstick afterwards. the packaging and formula is great but

I love these matte liquid lipsticks. The colors in the tube show up exactly like that on my lips. They last a long time without feeling too dry. Even though they dry after a couple minutes, they don't make my lips feel like I need to apply lip balm. You cannot beat the price

Love them I have about 8 matte liquid lips from colourpop and I love them all. They're pigmented and last all day long. I would not recommend reapplying unless you take off all the remaining lipstick and reapply that way. They do not layer well once the lipstick has dried. Overall these are great and for a really great price too.

Pleasant Surprise I had only tried the lippie stix in matte, and I really enjoy it. It is one of my favorite lipsticks. So, in a sale on my last order I tried the liquid lipsticks in satin, I needed a peachier/orange color, at the end a settled on Likely, described as soft peachy nude, it is lighter than what appears on screen, but it works with my light/warm skin tone, and I think it would work with darker one too, lighter I am not soo sure. Still I really liked this color, it has a long-lasting power on me without the drying of my lips, but I did need to retouch after eating, but nothing drastic. With this experience, I would buy another Ultra Satin Lip.

best lipstick brand All time favorite lipstick! I own at least 15 colors, Clueless is my go to color. All of the colors are super pigmented and do not leave my lips feeling dry. They last almost all day, unless you eat super oily foods then it will come off which is normal for any lipstick. Super cheap, yet works amazing.

I received a couple of these lipsticks in a subscription box I reviewed. There are a large number of colors to choose from. I like to either leave the colorpop Matt or I will add some gloss. It would be a good idea to exfoliate your lips prior to using. I like that the color lasted longer and their wasn't a bad taste.

Love this! I love this liquid lipstick. It's very creamy with a nice satin finish and I feel like it's great for long-lasting wear that doesn't flake or crumble easily. It does smell fantastic in my opinion but I know for some people it's to perfumy depending on how easily swayed your senses are. I would highly recommend this and would use it again.

Awesome Product Colourpop is one of those products that you are happy that are not overpriced because the product pay off is beyond amazing. The matte finishes stay on throughout the day and do not smudge off through activities. The price point is $6.00!!! and they are usually bought in order to replace kylie cosmetics' lip kits. They do a great job at delivering different shade options along with different finishes such at satin, glossy and metallic.

💖 h my god I tried this super matte lipstick from @colourpopcosmetics thanks @ipsy that touched me in my bag of the month and is super incredible has a spectacular finish the baracuda color sat me very well on my skin (it should be noted that I am white but not so much haha) really if the rating depends on 5 stars because I give a thousand excellent work with this😍💖👍
