I have never given myself highlights at home and they are too expensive in the salon so I was really excited to try out L'Oreal Paris Superior Preference GL70 Dark Blond to Light Brown Glam Lights. I had my husband help me or else I would not have been able to get the back so I highly suggest having another set of hands to help. It was very easy to mix and apply to my hair. The mixture is thick enough that it stayed on the comb and the comb moved down my hair easily. When you 1st apply it to the top those strands of hair get the most mixture so the highlights look chunkier up top then they do on the bottom of my hair so we had to go through and add some more strands to the bottom. I was worried that adding it to the bottom would not make the highlights look even but they turned out pretty good. I left it on for 35 minutes, next time I will leave it on another 5 minutes for a little more color. Besides the color not coming out as much on the bottom I was very pleased with the results, and my only complaint is the smell. The next day my hair still smelled terrible but eventually by the next evening the smell was gone. I would definitely use this again and I would highly recommend this to a friend.

I hadn't highlighted my hair at home in ages, so I was excited and also a little nervous to try this. Thankfully, this system is very straightforward and easy. The brush was really good after I got the hang of it. I applied too much with my first two swipes in the back, but I'm the only one who seems to notice that thank goodness. The rest of the highlights brushed in easily and perfectly, leaving really soft and pretty highlights. I am really happy with this product and I will definitely be using it again!

It was really wasy to use. And the results are fantastic. The color was exactly the one that I was looking for so long. It looks perfect for my natural hair color.

I tried it the other day and agree with other reviewers that the product was relatively easy to use and directions easy to follow. I would definitely use it again but would likely find a "buddy" to help ensure that I got an even coating.

In the end, it turned out super easy to do, and the results were just what I wanted. I was very pleased with the entire experience and my final product. I will use this from now on instead of paying for it to be done at the salon. This box alone is cheaper than just the tip I give my hairdresser. How can you go wrong.

I liked the results of this kit. It was very easy to use and I have received many compliments. I needed a change from my usual everyday look and this kit fit the bill. A nice lift for the winter blues. My hair looks healthy and bright.

When I was younger I used to have my hair highlighted all the time, but now I find I just don't have the time or energy to go and sit in a salon for hours to have it done anymore. I have tried a few different brands of highlight at home kits and I find they either don't work well or can be quite painful. I was excited to try new Loreal Paris Superior Preference Glam Lights product. I found it relatively easily to apply the highlights myself without the help of others. But it would have been easier if I had someone help do the back parts as I have longer hair. The applicator brush is easy to use and help the product very well without dripping off. It went on easily and didn't drip or clump. I was very happy with the results I received. It's a nice subtle change and the product didn't dry my hair our like others have done in the past. Overall really happy with this product and I will continue highlight my hair in the comfort of my home at a fraction of the cost.

Very good product for getting that nice highlight and glow in your hair. I found it fairly easy to apply and would recommend to others.

I loved this product! I like a pretty natural look, but I still like to have fun with my hair color, and look and feel beautiful. For these reasons, this product is perfect for me and probably many others out there! I am not very suave in the beauty department, but this was easy to use, and it came out looking great! I feel like it is hard to mess up. It is so fun to do highlights at home. I love the color and how it looks!

I received a sample of L'Oreal Glam Lights to try. Overall I was pleased with the color and it was easy to apply. The comb went through my hair with ease. I would recommend having someone help you with this as my highlights ended up looking like an overall color instead of highlights. I am pleased with the overall product and I have gotten many compliments on it.

Really pleased with how this turned out! I think it looks sun-kissed and subtle (exactly what I was going for). I had a friend apply the color since I wasn't super confident in my ability to apply it in straight lines and it definitely helped. I also went with the low-end of timing to keep it from getting too orange-y or bleached looking. If you're new to this product, I would definitely do the test they recommend or go with less time.
