I was excited when I got this in the mail. I did my hair with it today. It really didn't do anything to my hair. I'm pretty disappointed in it. I wouldn't recommend it, but maybe it would work better for someone else.

I did not like this product. I was excited to the package, when I opened the box, it was very straight forward and seemed simple enough. However, my hair did not react well to the product, and the high lights came out very wrong. I had my hair color re-done and am very happy with it now.

I received the L'Oreal Glam Highlights for medium brown to dark brown hair. Application was awkward. I have a few spots where it's just a spot/patch of blonde. It would have been better to have a 2nd person applying the color. I left it on for approx. 30 minutes and I do like the color but because of the application process, it looks very patchy - not natural at all. I'm most frustrated by the condition of my hair. Prior to this, I never colored my hair and it was always so silky and smooth. Now it's very dry and dull. I'm so disappointed in the final results.

I was sent L'Oreal Paris Glam Lights free to try on my hair. I was excited to try L'Oreal Paris Superior Preference because It has been a while since I highlighted my hair. I was looking for a change. To my disappointment, I did not see much, if any, of a difference after using this product. The mixing process and applying process was easy. I had no problems with the product. Just did not see any noticeable changes to my hair.

I don't think the product works well for those with dark hair even though it states that on the package itself. I wish the highlights were more noticeable

I was really excitited about trying this color. I thought this would give my hair a fresh look for Spring. However, once I started mixing up the color and started to color my hair, I was really disappointed with the tool they provided to apply the color to your hair. It did not provide complete and even coverage to your hair, especially if you have incredibly thick and long locks, like I do. Finally, when all was said and done, color washed out, there was no noticeable diffference in my hair from before to after. I was throughly disappointed. I am not new to coloring. I am sharp and smart and I know how to follow directions and followed each and every direction included on the instructions to a tee and there was still no noticeably highlights to my hair. User error or manufacturer error, I doubt I would color my hair with this brand again. Thank you.

I found L'Oreal Glam Lights to be an average product. I haven't had too many great experiences with at home highlighting kits. I was a bit nervous upon receiving. The directions were easy to read, but despite following them, my hair did end up a bit patchy in some places. It's not super obvious and I may be the only one that can really tell, but, nonetheless, it is my hair and I have to look at it ever day. My hair is somewhere in between medium and dark brown and I do have to say that the color of the highlights looks great and really compliments my hair color. Overall, I think it is probably worth using again, though I may ask for the help of a friend to see if it comes out more even.

I received this product free for a SheSpeaks campaign. I am used to highlighting other friends' hair, so using this on myself was a new concept to me! The instructions were easy to follow, although the brush provided was a little tricky to use on my thick hair. I would recommend just giving some color to the ends of the hair instead of trying to get even color at the roots, because it is tricky to apply evenly.

The color is great, but the brush is not. No matter how hard we tried, the brush does not evenly distribute product. Top of the head would look good, and then get very streaky and spotty near the middle and ends. Ended up having to re-do my hair the following week with a different hair product.

My hair is dark brown so I wasn't expecting to see a lot of difference after using this product and I didn't.I didn't find it nearly as easy to apply as the instructions implies.My results were a bit disappointing.Its not something I would buy.

I received L'oreal Paris Glam Lights for medium to dark hair to try free. I applied it as directed on the instructions. The brush is a good idea, but difficult to use on your own hair. You are supposed to keep the brush vertical which makes it awkward to get the back of your hair. Maybe if you have a friend help it would be easier. The highlights did not show in my hair as well as I would of hoped. It looked like I did an all over color rather than just highlights. It doesn't give that "streaked" look like the box claims or that you would get from a salon. My hair was a little lighter which was nice and felt soft after shampooing.

I have highlighted my hair before and this was about the same as other kits I have used. Make sure to read the directions carefully. It is a little spotty but looks okay.

I followed the instructions exactly, but it looks as if I did nothing to my hair. There are a few small patches where it looks like the product worked, but overall my hair looks exactly the same. I am not necessarily blaming the product, it could be my hair, but I was definitely disappointed with the results. The product is easy to use and follow. I had no problems mixing it and applying it. It was not messy either. Overall, I think the product is easy to use, I just didn't see the promised results. I would love to upload a before and after photo, but the website won't allow me to upload.

Great product to use. It was easy to apply, and I was satisfied with the end result.
