I really don't like this product because it has some damaging chemicals in it. I stopped using pantene after I went thru hair loss. It's not suitable for me. I just don't like it at all.

As much as I LOVE the smell of Pantene, it always makes my hair fall out! I don't mean like big patches, but enough that it's a noticeable difference to me! I want to love it, but I just can't!

Terrible product I do not recommend Pantene products to others who have fine hair. This shampoo and condkitier really leaves my hair oily and with residue long after washing. In addition, the 2-1 products by Pantene caused dandruff and buildup in my hair. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Gives the hair the shine they need. Unfortunately it makes my hair fall out so despite the fact that I love the smell I can't use it regularly

Its not my first choice but it still is a good shampoo. The problem I have with it is that I have thick long hair and it weighs it down instead of giving some volume.

Pantene makes my hair limp. My hair has no body & is very fine & this shampoo makes it very heavy.

Not a fan of 2 in1, but love pantene products.

Lathers well and is easy to use, but I find it leaves my hair type greasy,oily, and limp afterwards.

I love Pantene products but this one I wasn't happy with. I didn't receive it in my pack but I have tried it before and I haven't been a big fan of the 2-1 shampoos. They just don't seem to leave my hair as smooth as if I were to use shampoo and then a conditioner. I do love the smell of this shampoo but I definitely will not be recommended this product to anyone.

The shampoo smells good, but doesn't leave my hair clean and shiny like other shampoos.

I love Pantene products normally but I did not care for this one. My hair just did not feel clean

I did not receive this product to try, but I have used it as a travel size provided by the hotel I stayed at. Love the scent, but I have long hair, and I need to add separate conditioner in order to comb it when it is wet. I used this 2 in 1, and Pantene Conditioner my hair was soft, shiny and the fragrance is subtle, doesn't clash with my cologne. My husband is able to use the 2 in 1 without requiring additional conditioner. He liked the way his hair looked, not frizzy and fluffy.

Not bad shampoo at all. Not too expensive either specially if you buy it on sale. But i dont like 2 in 1 because i would still need to apply conditioner afterward.

I love Pantene as a shampoo. I"ve never tried the combo shampoo/conditioner before and I did like this but given that I am older than dirt and so is my hair I think I need that extra shot of conditioner.

I never used to use a two in one product until I met Pantene Clasic Care 2 in 1. I never felt like it was cleaning my hair, it felt like I was only conditioning it. Pantene 2 in 1 makes my hair feel clean and moisturized. It costs more but its worth it.
