This is an amazing reconstructor, I dye my hair a lot (like a lot lot) I've gone from black to blonde several times in the last 10 years of dying my hair. I also didn't use reconstructors before a few years ago. I found this one on a random day at the store, and decided to try the trial size packet. It worked on my hair the first time I used it, my hair felt so soft and healthy like I have never processed my hair, it also smells amazing.
