Bluebonnet's Multi OneŽ Formula is a one-a-day multivitamin and multimineral dietary supplement.It contains also some other beneficial nutrients like inositol, choline (not good for smokers) and lutein. To me it seems that the days when I take it I am calmer and more focused and somewhat more energetic (but different from caffeine induced energetic). It seems to be the perfect multivitamin for people suffering from depression (including bipolar), agoraphobia, panic disorder, or simply having problems with their mood. It is a bit pricy, but it worth it!
