My daughter requested a pottery wheel for Christmas. She received the Discovery Kids Motorized Pottery Wheel for Christmas. We were very disappointed. The motorized wheel moved too slow making it very difficult to complete an actual pottery piece. It was very hard her for to use and needed adult assistance. I had a very hard time myself. We ended up putting it away for a day when I had more time and patience to work on it. We did try it a few more times after that, but never had much luck. We ended up making clay pots by hand and giving up on the pottery wheel.
