Just a dash will do for me. Anything more and it just over powers the sea food.

Old Bay gets used in our kitchen on every seafood night (2-3 times per week). I originally bought Old Bay to duplicate the sea scallops from our favorite beachside restaurant, but so far I haven't quite got it right. Old Bay alone seems to be missing something to me to get the seafood seasoning taste I'm looking for, so I'll keep tinkering with adding paprika/garlic salt/cinnamon/whatever until I get there.

We use this primarily to spice up crab cakes, but my brother-in-law also uses it to make delicious grilled chicken. Didn't realize it was so versatile.

I always sprinkle a little in my tuna and on my salmon and it goes great with it. It is perfect with seafood.

Growing up in Maryland this was a staple in our house. Throw some on crabs, shrimp and pretty much any seafood. I did not like seafood and every time I would smell Old Bay it would remind me of seafood. It wasn't until I got older and tried Old Bay Chips and Old Bay wings that I came to appreciate the flavor! Now I crave Homemade Old Bay chips!

Good To Have I have used Old Bay for many many years. My husband loves using it for the crab/shrimp boils we host and also crawfish boils. I haven't been able to enjoy it as much over the recent year because it's become to spicy for me. I would love to see the same great taste in a milder form. If they already sell it I haven't been able to find it. Other than that it's a really great addition to any pantry.

We use this on steamed shrimp, lobster claws & corn whenever we have a seafood boil! Only wish it had a little bit less salt in it!

Old Bay is the best! Tastes great on everything, the only problem is it gets super clumpy if you don't put rice in it or do something to keep out moisture.

Old Bay adds the perfect kick to Shrimp. I'm allergic to Fish, but my family enjoys seasoning their fish with it, so it compliments seafood well.
