This is a book about grilling, Argentine style. It can be a little intimidating at first, as many of the recipes specify grilling over a fire, instead of a traditional charcoal or gas grill. And it includes a recipe for grilling a whole cow. But many of the recipes are easily adaptable, and very simple, very pure, easily executed dishes. This is our favorite grilling cookbook.
