I have been looking for caffeine teas lately as I have discovered I don't really like the coffee I make at home and don't like buying it at coffee houses. I need caffeine because my job has me awake at 3:45am. The tea box states that this tea "is traditionally known to: help weight management, improve digestion & metabolism and naturally boost energy". While I normally go for black teas, this is a green and it's claims got me. This is by far one of the best teas I've had. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't 'tested' it's claims fully. All I'm looking for is the energy boost and for it to taste good, so far it's got one covered.

Coffee or Tea?!? As a coffee and tea drinker my morning caffeine is still high priority. However maintaining energy through the day and not crashing with a headache is also important. I discovered Numi 4 years ago and haven?t looked back! By far my favorite. If you?re also a chocolate lover like me then this is your go-to. This one has many antioxidants benefits and helps maintain my gut health too! I?m a lifer here!! As for my go-to coffee.. Crave Coffee!! Damn it?s good!
