This is the best hot/cold eye mask that I have found so far. Unlike many masks that you can use hot or cold, this does not have cold plastic against your face, instead the material used is almost silky feeling and smooth. I use it heated in the winter to help with sleeping and cool in the summer. No crinkly sounds when you turn over. There is only one strap so it can slip off more easily but this is designed for hot/cold therapy, not sleeping so that isn't a minus for this product. The size is larger than many eye masks and it is a light-filtering product.
