The Kodak Easyshare C1550 16MP digital camera is an okay camera overall. If you just need a camera for general picture taking it is great for the low price. If, however, you need a camera for high quality shots you will want to not buy this digital camera. The major issues I personally have had with this camera is poor battery life, grainy images without the flash and very little customization choices. I have an old 8MP Canon digital camera that gives me more options than this brand new Kodak camera does. Don't get me wrong, I will use this camera for getting out and about taking pictures, because it has very good clarity as long as you leave it set where it is when you first take it out of the package. You cannot do anything special with it, but for general, amateur photography it's fine. SmartCapture is not the best technology, or at least not for this particular camera. I will say it is easy to carry around and has a nice, large display for which to look at your shots and focusing on your subject. Take your time getting your shot with this camera because it does not focus quickly. This camera is priced well under $100 and at some stores online and offline under $80. It would make a great present for your preteen or teenager for their first camera. One final note: This camera does come in three great colors: Dark Blue, Purple and Silver

This is an ok camera. Thought the price was good so bought it off amazon. Its easy to transport however sometimes it does not take good quality photos. At times there would b lines in the photos and it takes a while to focus properly.

I received the easy share digital camera just recently & it's amazing. It's very compact, thin & tiny compared to most cameras of it's quality but it takes amazing pictures! It's great for the price as well as the quality and clarity of the picture :)
