This is a simple toy made of plastic and foam. You place hollow foam "rockets" onto a tube which is held in place by a tripod connected to a plastic balloon. The child stomps on the plastic balloon and the rocket goes flying into the air. Other than tripod setup the toy is extremely easy to use. I have seen two year olds operate it. My father-in-law bought this toy for my son. He and all of the kids on the block love it and constantly beg to play with it. Even my husband likes to see how high he can send the rockets flying. I would recommend this toy to anyone. At under $20, it makes an economical and enjoyable gift for any child on your list.
