I purchased this product with the hope of brightening my eyes and making them appear larger. I went to apply this liner to my waterline, and it just slipped across it, never applying anything. It is so hard and waxy that you have to push real hard to get any product to stay on your waterline, but unfortunately, that part if the eye is far too sensitive to push hard on it. I like the Tarte brand and it is a good concept, but it did not work for me at all.

This is one of the best eye liners I have used. It goes on with a nice thin line. It stays on all day and does not smudge. I like that I can use it for the inner eye.
