I received this product as a gift & have found it to be the best lip treatment, even though it's made to moisturize delicate eye-area. Personally, I have used it on both areas, but think it is too oily for daytime application near the eyes (especially if I wear eye makeup). It instantly makes chapped lips feel smoother & moisturized. In just a few days, chapped, dry lips are renewed. Plus it adds shine.

It leaves my lips so smooth. A bit expensive but worth it.
