If you know any child interested in pirates or treasures, this is a great gift. My 5 year old son got this for his birthday and was super excited. It is a box shaped like a treasure chest that you decorate with "jewels". It even has a fake bottom which has a hidden compartment. He loves it. My only issue is that the jewels have a sticky back and several have fallen off in just the first week. But we have just glued them back on with Elmers and he is having fun playing with it.
