I was in the library one day and this book caught my eye so I borrowed it and brought it home. I was delighted by the amazing photos of the various casseroles because they all looked delicious. I ended up trying a few different ones and they came out great! I highly recommend this cookbook for anyone that wants to try cooking a casserole for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert.
