This is one of those go-to books for busy days. I'm sure, some of you "gourmands" would never use store-bought rotisserie bird and cream of mushroom soup for a meal idea, but for those of us who want to put a "home-cooked" meal on the table for a bunch of hungry animals, this book is for you! You will not find long drawn out recipes. Just quick and easy meals. Yes, there are easier meals. You could always order delivery.
