I bought this book 10 years ago when it first came out and I have been so happy with the purchase. There are recipes to make breads, muffins, biscuits, cakes and pastries. Of all the recipes I have made, I have never had a problem- they have all turned out. Easy to make with a few that are a little more difficult. GREAT book to have on hand and bake from.

Even though I don't own this one yet, I constantly look through it for ideas every time I go down to Phoenix & happen to go into a bookstore. I love that some recipes are simple and some are difficult. There are awesome techniques & ideas and so many recipes in the book. One day I plan on purchasing it for my home.
