Great book. I'm not the best baker and this book explaines just what to do and why.

I love this book because it details why you need to mix ingredients in a certain order or why you may need to bring ingredients to room temperature before you begin. This book has helped me really understand baking and baking methods.

I love how this book explains the how and why ingredients are added and when they are added. It is a great book to learn from.

This cookbook is so easy to follow and the results make me look like a genius! I love the oohs and ahhs as people sample the baked goods I create and I'm almost ashamed to take the credit when everything seemed so easy.
