I don't know why anybody would ever buy this product a cracking is free and easy to do just watch what you're doing and slightly talk to you

i bought this from opensky.com a terrific site for foodies like me who love kitchen gadgets. this is a single purpose tool to precisely cut the top off of boiled eggs - hard or soft. a cap fits over one end of the egg and you pull a spring loaded lever back letting it 'tap" the cap onto the egg while cutting a perfect circle then pull and lift - voila a perfect place to start digging the soft oozy eggness and big enough to dip your toast points. if hard boiled - then peel with ease making the deviling task much less frustrating. This product sells for about $20, but join opensky and you'll get a new member credit - enjoy!
