This is the most fabulous time saving kitchen tool I have found. It chops vegetables to just the right consistency with only a few pulls. It is a very simple machine, so there aren't a lot of opportunities for breakage. And it doesn't take up much space! This is one kitchen tool I actually use more than once a week!
