I am so in love with this whisk! I did not think it could work nearly as well as the standard metal whisks I have use for years but it outperformed them, greatly! The whisk has a metal end and multi-colored coated wires with stainless steel balls on the ends. It cleans everything off the bottom and the bottom edges of bowls. It fits easily into cups and I even use it to clean vases and other thin, hard-to scrub cylinders! I pop it right in the dishwasher, nothing sticks to it. It does not hoard room in my utensil drawer and is so easy to find with the bright colors. Will never go back to wire whisks!!
