This tool is a huge time saver. I love how easy it is to use, once you get the hang of that wrist-flipping action. It's efficient because it allows more of the avocado to stay intact (less flesh sticks to the skin) and creates a beautiful presentation. It requires a bit of extra effort to clean, but it's fine if you soak/rinse right away. I use this all the time!
