I love love love this little knife. its incrediably sharp and cuts perfectly. gentle enough for a tomatoe but strong enough for raw chicken or steak. i also use it when i need to cut intricicate things out of fondant which is hard enough as it is but with this little guy it wont cause tugging or tear marks on the fondant. it fits very comfortablly on my hand . i am able to cut smoothly and with ease.
