After experience with several different brands and models of bread machines, I've found the one that I would unequivocally recommend to friends, family, co-workers, random people on the street, etc. It has several settings so besides just making bread - which it does very well - it can make cakes, jams, doughs and other things you might not have imagined a bread machine would make. like meatloaf. I've made ketchup, pizza dough and pretzel dough in addition to the scores of beautiful loaves of bread. One feature I particularly like is that it can make up to a 2-lb loaf (as opposed to 1.5 lbs. in most machines). This gives me the flexibility to make several diferrent sizes of loaves, depending on my needs.

I love my Zojirushi Bread maker, it makes perfect bread,dough,jam,meatloaf. It has 3 bread seetings for light medium and dark. It also ha a 13 delay cycle,so you can do at night and have fresh bread in the morning. I love this time of year to have fresh bread and the size of the bread it just like store bought only better. Whole wheat,sourdough.........you can add cheese, rasins.......I received this as a gift for Christmas and I can't live without it
