This has been a wonderful tool in our house, not only for my husband and I but for the kids as well. What you do is take a vegetable, such as a zucchini and stick in on the spiralizer and turn the handle. It has different blades to make different cuts, but the one I use the most is the long pasta blade. Not only do my kids get healthy vegetables, but it makes for a great spaghetti substitute. It's easy to clean and very durable.

My husband likes to make fancy dishes especially Japanese style dishes. The Benriner works great. it makes perfect spirals, slices etc without having to train for years as a sushi chef. We've had ours for over 10 years and it stills perfectly.
